REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE ALLIANCE
Recycling for R.I. Education is proud to be a member of the Reduce Reuse Recycle Alliance (RRRA) of New England.
RRRA Mission Statement RRRA members work together to promote environmental awareness and a stable environment through the widespread use of clean, safe, reusable items for
expressive arts, for hands-on learning in the home and in the classroom, and for creative play. RRRA Action Statement RRRA strives to fulfill its mission by:
- Making materials available to non-profit and educational organizations for reuse;
- Providing
artistic and educational workshops
on "what to do" with the materials;
- Networking with businesses and industry to save safe surplus materials from landfills;
- Increasing public awareness of planet-friendly businesses and the benefits of reducing, reusing, and recycling.
All RRRA members are non-profit community-based programs that believe in and agree to adhere to the RRRA mission statement, action plan, and code of ethics. RRRA
membership is dynamic and open to similar community-based programs as they emerge. RRRA Key Partners The Key Partners in the Reduce Reuse Recycle Alliance of New England are:
